We are a Reduced Fee Brokerage with FULL SERVICE - WE put your property in the MLS, WE schedule showings (sometimes using a showing service), WE assist with contract and inspection negotiations. IT'S SIMPLE - WE DON'T PAY FOR AN OFFICE SO YOU DON'T PAY ANY EXTRAS FEES ....DON'T GET ME STARTED ON WHY SOME COMPANIES CHARGE A $200-$400 ADDITIONAL COMMISSION / ADMIN FEE ON TOP OF THE 6-8% THEY ARE ALREADY CHARGING YOU! The savings are easily demonstrated as follows: Your home and your neighbor's home are identical in every way and both are for sale at $200,000. Your neighbor listed with a company that is charging them an 8% commission fee. You decide to list with us and agree that a 5% commission fee is best for your situation (3% for the buyer's broker and 2% to us). If both properties sell for full price, your neighbor will pay $16,000 in commission fees while you pay only $10000. If our agent represents you and the buyer, the fee could be even less! Please remember, our agents are not locked into any set commission fee - they are free to negotiate with the seller for whatever commission fee works best for both parties.
